Who we are. STAY is a service of LIROYEN SASU, Kinshasa (DRC).

What we collect. For a booking: your name, phone, email if you give it, your dates, the deposit refund method and, when you sign the agreement, the type and number of your ID document. To fight fake bookings, we also record the IP address of the request. The date, time and IP address of your signature are kept with the agreement.

Why. Only to process your booking, prepare the agreement, invoices and inventories, refund the deposit and contact you about your stay. The owner or provider concerned receives the information needed to welcome you.

What we don’t do. We don’t sell your data. We don’t send you advertising without your consent.

On your device. Your favorites, viewed places and your currency, language and display choices stay in your browser. A session cookie is used only for partner and team accounts. If you use “Around me”, your location is used to sort results and is not stored by STAY.
